What we store
Families: your email or phone number, the drawings you upload, the movies we make from them, an optional voice recording, and your credit balance. Kindergartens: the institution's name, CVR and invoice id, staff names and contact details, children's first names, parents' contact details, drawings and movies. Parents who open a gallery link: when the link was opened and whether consent was confirmed.
Why
To make the movies you ask for, to send the links you ask us to send, to invoice and to keep the record the law requires. Nothing is used for advertising and nothing is sold.
Where
Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt) with Supabase. Payments go through Stripe. Emails go through Resend, SMS through Twilio. The drawing itself, and nothing else, is sent to the AI provider (Anthropic) to find the figures; no names, no contact details.
How long
A kindergarten chooses 3, 6, 12 or 24 months; drawings and movies are deleted after that. Families keep their movies until they delete them or close the account. Voice recordings are deleted right after the movie is made. Invoices are kept for five years as the bookkeeping act requires.
Children
A kindergarten records the parents' consent before a child's drawing is used and confirms it with the parents at the first link. A parent can withdraw at any time from the gallery page; everything about the child is then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, and complain to Datatilsynet. Write to the address above.
Cookies
Three cookies, all necessary for the site to work: the sign-in session, your language (NEXT_LOCALE) and your region (ff-region). A fourth remembers that you closed the cookie notice. No analytics or advertising cookies.
