Public institutions pay by e-invoice to their EAN number through NemHandel, with PO number and reference. Private institutions pay by bank transfer or card.
A data processing agreement you sign online. Data stays in the EU (Frankfurt). The AI only ever sees the drawing, never a name.
You record the parents' consent; parents confirm it at the first link and can withdraw at any time, which deletes everything about the child.
Drawings and movies are deleted after 3, 6, 12 or 24 months. Every upload, send and deletion is logged.

Where is the data?
In the EU (Frankfurt). The AI only ever sees the drawing, never a name.
What do parents need?
A phone. The link opens in any browser, no app, no account.
Can we invoice through our municipality?
Yes. E-invoice with EAN, GLN or Peppol id, purchase order and reference person on the invoice.
What if a parent says no?
The child is left out of the session, or the parent withdraws from the link and everything about the child is deleted.
